About This Product One of the key concerns for young adults is the issue of marriage. In this unit we will explore what marriage is all about, why marriages fail, why marriages last, and the impact of divorce--all from solid biblical foundations.

Lesson 1: What Is Marriage All About?--This lesson examines why God created marriage and what He intended for it to be. (Genesis 2:24-25; 24:1-67; Matthew 19:6; Ephesians 5:22-33)

Lesson 2: How Marriages Stay Together--In this lesson, students will learn the importance of preparing for marriage before and during the engagement period. (Deuteronomy 24:5; Ephesians 5:21-31)

Lesson 3: Why Marriages Break Up--This lesson teaches young adults how serious God was when He said, "What God has joined together, let man not separate" (Matthew 19:6). (Deuteronomy 24:1-4; Matthew 5:32; 19:3-10; 1 Corinthians 7:10-11, 15, 39)

Lesson 4: To Marry or Not to Marry--This lesson will look at the decision of whether or not to marry. This decision can be troubling, mainly because the decision of whether to marry does not involve a choice between good and evil, but rather a choice between good and good. (Genesis 2:18; Matthew 19:4-6; Luke 9:24; 1 Corinthians 7:1-2, 26, 32-35; Ephesians 5:19-31) Topics: Divorce, Engagement, Marriage, Marriage & Divorce, Marriage Counseling, Premarital Counseling
