About This Product This unit is designed to help students understand that Jesus' very purpose in coming was to become the perfect sacrificial Lamb, for Jesus was God and was, therefore, without sin. In this unit, your students will 1) become aware of the need to seek forgiveness; 2) see that Christ is the only One who can forgive sin and that He not only cancels past sins but also gives the power to resist future sin; 3) learn that experiencing forgiveness also means extending forgiveness; and 4) learn to be humble and build God-honoring relationships by seeking forgiveness from others.

Lesson 1: The Forgiveness Factor--This lesson is designed to help teens understand that yes, they are created in God's image and are full of potential, but without His forgiveness and love, they fall miserably short of His intended purpose for them. (Romans 1:28-32, 6:23; 1 John 3:4)

Lesson 2: The Ultimate Forgiver--This lesson is designed to help teens see that Jesus Christ can give them a response to the question, "Who am I?" With Jesus, their response can be, "I am a child of God, purchased by Christ's blood. I belong to Him." (Colossians 2:13-14; Romans 6:23; Hebrews 4:15)

Lesson 3: Free to Forgive--This lesson is designed to show teenagers that since they have experienced Christ's forgiveness, they must be willing to forgive others who have hurt them. (Matthew 18:21-35; Colossians 3:13)

Lesson 4: I Beg Your Pardon--This lesson is designed to show teenagers that God honoring relationships requires that they humble themselves and seek forgiveness when they realize they have wronged another person. (Luke 15:11-24; Matthew 6:12-15) Topics: Death and Dying, Eternal Life, Forgiveness, Free Gift, Prodigal Son, Reconciliation, Relationships, Relationship, Repent or Repentance, Responsibility, Separation, Sin, Sins, hurt, hurts
