About This Product The church should offer personal and relational growth (through teaching and studying) and community. In these four lessons, you will help your teenagers to use biblical guidelines as they interact with others at home, at church, and in their world. As they move from lesson to lesson, they will: 1) have an opportunity to accept Christ and learn what it means to be adopted into the family of God; 2) explore how, in Christ, our differences work together so that we can stand strong and undivided in a divided world; 3) discover ways to make positive, wholesome, and truthful communication a priority in their lives; and 4) begin to understand that operating from a biblical understanding of submission helps us build successful relationships.

Lesson 1: New ID!--By accepting Christ, we are adopted into the family of God, which gives us an identity more authentic and stable than the images we see in the world. (Ephesians 1:3-14; Romans 8:17-18; Colossians 2:6-10)

Lesson 2: One Heart, Many Lives--In Christ our differences work together so that we can stand strong and undivided in a divided world. Help your students learn that true reconciliation occurs because of Christ's influence in our lives, not because of our ability to accept others. (Ephesians 2:14-22; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13)

Lesson 3: Teenspeak--Positive, wholesome, and truthful communication is a priority in the Christian life. (Ephesians 4:25. 29-32; Psalms (19:14; 4:13; Proverbs 12:25; 25:11; Colossians 3:5-10)

Lesson 4: Relationships are Relative--God intends for us to live submissively, acting out of mutual love and respect for one another. (Ephesians 5:22-6:4; Colossians 3:12-24) Topics: Authority, Barrier, Communication, Difference or Differences, Diversity, Encouragement or Encourage, Family, Fear, Fears, God's Children, Identity, Love, Peace, Prejudice, Relationships, Relationship, Respect, Spiritual Adoption, Spiritual Inheritance, Unity, submission
