Refund and Cancelation Policy

  1. After the purchase of a Standard one year subscription or Premium one year subscription to BarefootOnline.com, no refund will be given.
  2. The 15-day free trial version of the Premium subscription is a limited term subscription and access to services will be terminated on the 16th day.  In order to continue accessing subscription services you need to execute the purchase of the Standard one year subscription or Premium one year subscription on or before the 15th day of service. The purchaser agrees to these terms upon entering into the 15-day free trial version of the Premium subscription. Furthermore the purchaser acknowledges they have no right to a refund for either personal or organizational accounts after they’ve entered into the Standard one year subscription or Premium one year subscription.
  3. The Standard one year subscription of BarefootOnline.com is an annual term paid for in full at the beginning of the term. The purchaser agrees that upon execution of the purchase they have no right to a refund for either personal or organizational accounts.
  4. The Premium one year subscription of BarefootOnline.com is an annual term paid for in full at the beginning of the term. The purchaser agrees that upon execution of the purchase they have no right to a refund for either personal or organizational accounts.
  5. Cancelation:Submitting the renewal status of a Barefoot Online subscription to “Cancel” on the purchaser’s Manage Subscription Renewal page is the appropriate cancelation action for a BarefootOnline.com subscription.
    1. For those users in a 15 day free trial version of the Premium subscription, the termination of services and access to the subscription plan content will happen immediately upon execution of the action detailed in Point 5.
    2. For those purchasers of either the Standard one year subscription or Premium one year subscription the services and access to the subscription plan content will remain until the end of the annual term of use identified as “Renewal Date: MM/DD/YYYY” on the purchaser’s Manage Subscription Renewal page upon execution of the action detailed in Point 5.
