About This Product This unit covers four Easter Sundays in Year C. It is designed to help students understand the future of those who remain true to the risen Christ despite trials and tribulation; the newness of life through the resurrection of Christ; Jesus s promise of the Holy Spirit; and the Ascension as a necessary part of the Christian story.

Lesson 1: Is It Really Worth It?--Those who remain faithful to God, even through suffering and trouble, will be rewarded by being able to directly experience God s presence in worship. (Acts 9:36-43; Psalm 23; Revelation 7:9-17; John 10:22-30)

Lesson 2: All New--The resurrected Christ makes new all things that are broken and failed, including our relationships with God and other people--and not just later but also right now. (Acts 11:1-18; Psalm 148; Revelation 21:1-6; John 13:31-35)

Lesson 3: I Can t See Him, But I Know He s Here--Although the risen Christ is no longer present in a physical form with his followers, he promised to be present with us in the person of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 16:9-15; Psalm 67; Revelation 21:10, 22-22:5; John 14:23-29)

Lesson 4: While We Wait--Jesus s earthly life ended when he ascended to heaven, but he passed on to his followers the authority and power to continue the mission he began. (Acts 1:1-11; Psalm 97; Revelation 22:12-14, 16-17, 20-21; John 17:20-26)
