About This Product This unit is designed to help students understand the importance of what they believe, by examining the key foundations of the Christian faith. The lessons are presented in a manner that makes this sometimes difficult material approachable by everyone. These lessons start from the point of view that you don't have to have a seminary degree to explore and know your beliefs.

Lesson 1: I Believe God Created the World...Now What?--This lesson focuses primarily on the creation account given to us in Genesis 1-2. Here we explore several affirmations about God as Creator of the world-giving particular attention to the role of Christ in creation. (Genesis 1-2; Acts 7:49-50; 14:15; 17:25-28; Romans 8:19-23; 11:35-36; Colossians 1:15-18; 1 Timothy 4:3-4; Hebrews 1:2; 11:3; Revelation 14:7)

Lesson 2: I Believe I Was Created in the Image of God...Now What?--Find out about how being created in God's image has an impact on our lives. (Genesis 1:26-31; 2:7, 18-25; Psalms 8:3-9; 139:13-16; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Philippians 2:1-11; Colossians 1:15; Hebrews 2:6-8)

Lesson 3: I Believe God Is Holy...Now What?--An often forgotten pillar of the Christian faith, this belief is affirmed throughout Scripture. From the holy ground of the burning bush, to the reminder from Peter that we are to be "holy as He is holy," this lesson delves into the issue of what belief in a holy God implies for those who wear the name of Christ. (Isaiah 6; Hebrews 5:11-6:3; 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15-16)

Lesson 4: I Believe In The One True God...Now What?--Explore and understand other perspective about who God is, and discover what is beneficial about monotheism. Find out how belief in one true God affects our relationships with the world, culture, and each other.
