About This Product This unit is designed to help young adults in their task of making meaning in their lives. In this unit, young adults will 1) examine "What is the meaning of life?"; 2) learn how to develop personal autonomy; 3) discuss the questions "Who am I?", "Why am I?", and "What am I?"; 4) examine the ongoing enterprise of healthy relationships; and 5) examine emotions and healthy ways to express them.

Lesson 1: The Meaning of Life: What's It All About?--This lesson guides young adults in their search to the answer "What is the meaning of life?" and points them to the fact that undergirding their search must be the ultimate meaning that flows out of a relationship with Christ. Lesson 4: Developing Healthy Relationships--This lesson helps young adults see that they must develop liberating relationships of tolerance and acceptance with those around them. They do this by daily living out Christ command to love others as themselves. (Matthew 25:31-46; Mark 12:28-31; Luke 10:25-37; John 13:1-7, 15:9-17)
