Prayer and the Holy Spirit

Outline 2: Give Us the Words--This outline deals with the fact that when we pray, the Holy Spirit gives our old words new meaning, and sometimes even gives us new words. This message will help students understand that the Holy Spirit will help them know how to pray, to know what to say, to interpret their very groans and sighs as prayer. (Romans 8:12-17, 26-27)

Outline 3: Give Us Power--This outline deals with how the Holy Spirit gives us power beyond what we normally can gain in our own strength. This message will help students understand the power that comes from the Holy Spirit through prayer. (Ephesians 3:14-21)

Outline 4: Give Us Courage--This outlines deals with how the Holy Spirit gives us courage beyond our own ability to live our faith, This message will help students understand that they are to put on the full armor of God and allow the Holy Spirit to give them the courage to face the enemy.
