About This Product These four lessons on the movie Castaway deal with the issues of loneliness and hopelessness and what it means to forget the world and follow Christ. On the trek through this series groups will encounter 1) dealing with loneliness, 2) the necessity of the Spirit to persevere, 3) leaving the world behind, and 4) the powerlessness of self vs. the power of Jesus' resurrection.

Lesson 1: The Lonely Island--This lesson deals with the question of where to go in times of great loneliness, when hope seems far away. (Psalm 3; 23; 25:16-18; 27:1-3; 34:4-7; 46:1-3)

Lesson 2: Making Fire--The purpose of this lesson is to drive home the point that the power of the Holy Spirit is the only real necessity essential to everyday life in Christ. (John 6:25-51)

Lesson 3: Lost and Redemption--The third lesson in this series wrestles with what it really means to leave the things of this world behind for a life following Jesus. (Luke 18:18-30)
