About This Product This four-week study examines the relationship between a young writer and a prostitute in Paris. Christian meets Satine when he ventures out to the Moulin Rouge one night, where she is the headliner for the burlesque. His genuine love for her eventually conquers her belief that she is only worth what men will pay for her. However, the lovers have more to face as they work out their great love.

Lesson 1: The Uncomfortable Love of Christ--Embracing God's love means becoming involved in an intimate relationship that seeks to penetrate every part of our being. (Song of Solomon 8:6-8; Romans 8:38)

Lesson 2: Breaking Down Walls--The love of Christ demands that we have no walls. Walls cannot stop God's love, but they are real and must be dealt with. (Joshua 7)

Lesson 3: A Battle Already Won--The devil is a strong persuader and the greatest enemy of love. Attempting to accept God's love means not only dealing with our walls, but standing strong under attack. (Matthew 14:27-31)

Lesson 4: Power at a Price--The love God has for us is truly powerful. Nothing can stand in the way. It will persevere. It will live on. He will never finish lavishing us with His love. But because of our transgressions, there was a price--and it was big. God had to give His only son to save us from ourselves.
