About This Product This month of lessons will deal with such issues as 1) waiting, 2) conflicts and confrontations, 3) doing something great-with God's help, and 4) restoring trust once it's been broken.

Session 1: Waiting--God's perspective is bigger than ours. Because He is all-knowing and because He is everywhere at once, He knows better than we do how a situation will impact us. That is why it is extremely important for us to learn to wait patiently on God's timing. (1 Samuel 16:1-13; 24:1-12)

Session 2: Conflict and Confrontation--When conflict arises, people tend to do one of two things: run to the conflict or away from the conflict. There are those who love conflict-and even seem to thrive on it-and those who hate conflict and avoid it at all costs. As Christians, what should our response to conflict be? What should we do when something wrong is being done to someone we love? (2 Samuel 12:1-15; Matthew 5:23-24; 18:15-17; 22:37-39)

Session 3: Doing Something Great--God wants to do something special in each of our lives. God's plans for us--His hopes, dreams, and vision--is bigger than we could ever imagine; it is so large though that it cannot be achieved without His help. Our job is to start seeking and asking God what He wants us to do. With His help, the impossible is possible. (1 Samuel 17:1-11, 20-51; 2 Samuel 5:6-10)

Session 4: Leadership Restored--There are times when we all make mistakes--it's part of being human. Some of our mistakes are simple things that we learn from and then move on. Other times, however, we intentionally do the wrong thing and hurt people by our actions. What happens then? Is our leadership ruined? What if we realize the hurt we have caused and want to change?
