Session 1: Mind, Body, and Soul--Am I Fit?--This lesson will start this month's journey of becoming more aware of our physical, mental/emotional and spiritual fitness. (Hebrews 5:10--6:1; Luke 6:43-45)

Session 2: Abs of Steel--Some people appear to maintain a healthy physique, good grades, and their spiritual health with ease. The truth is although some are gifted in certain areas, all of these areas require discipline to help maintain and increase health. This less takes a look at disciplines for the body and how they tie to our mental and spiritual well-being.(1 Corinthians 9:24-27; Hebrews 12:11-12)

Session 3: Have You Lost Your Mind?--Our world overwhelms us with a ton of alternatives to developing and growing toward maturity in our bodies, minds, and souls. Steps can be taken to filter what we allow into our lives, focusing on how we can develop our minds. (2 Timothy 2:15-26)

Session 4: Like a Vapor--This lesson will help our students recognize that soul health is absolutely necessary for the pursuit of true happiness and holiness. We will look at how we can nurture our soul as the combination of body, mind, and soul come together to form who we are, and ultimately glorify God in a living testimony to His goodness and grace. (James 4:4-12) Topics: Discipline, Disciplines, Focus, Health, Perseverance, Perservere, Purity, Stewardship
