Lesson 1: Taken Captive--The goal of this lesson is help students understand that new or immature Christians are not always strong enough to resist temptation and need to be taught how to overcome sin and their old way of life.(Galatians 5:16-26; 2 Timothy 3:14-17)

Lesson 2: In Training--The goal of this lesson is to help students grasp that, just as Paul mentored Timothy and Yoda trained Luke Skywalker, Christians need to be discipled, or taught how to live like Christ. (1 Timothy 4:6-16)

Lesson 3: Unfinished and Unfaithful--The goal of this lesson is to realize that training to be a godly person is an ongoing activity that lasts a lifetime. Those who do not continue to grow in Christ are often unfaithful to the truth. (1 Timothy 1:18-20; 2 Timothy 2:15-17; 4:1-5)

Lesson 4: Battling the Dark Side--The goal of this lesson is to recognize that all Christians are tempted to sin and turn to the "dark side." Christians must resist temptation and pursue godliness.
