Stranger Than Fiction

About This Product This four-week series is based on the film Stranger Than Fiction. As you move through the series you will help students 1) follow Christ's example and allow God to have control of our lives, 2) realize that pretending our problems are nonexistent is not the best way to deal with them, 3) discover that the life we are meant to live in Christ is the best possible life we could have, and 4) discover who God has made us to be, understand the talents and abilities He's given us, and start living up to our potential in Him.

Lesson 1: Little Do We Know--The goal of this lesson is to expose students to what it really means to surrender their lives to God. (Matthew 26:36-46)

Lesson 2: Face It--This lesson helps students understand the amazing things that await us when we allow God to help us face our problems. (Isaiah 43:1-4; Psalm 32:8, 36:5-7; 1 Corinthians 10:31)

Lesson 3: Good Pancakes--This helps students think about the quality of their lives and the quality of the life we're meant to have in Christ. (Philippians 3:7-14)

Lesson 4: No Golems Here--This lesson asks students to consider their potential in God-the potential to be all that He created them to be.(Psalm 139:1-24)
